Bookings can be made through our website, phone, or email. We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee for any booking cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled service time.

3. Fees and Payment

All service fees are detailed in the quote provided to you. Payment is due in full at the completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

While we always handle your belongings with utmost care, we will not be held responsible for any loss or damage that occurs due to circumstances beyond our control. We recommend that all customers have adequate insurance cover for their belongings.
